Hi Jennifer, Best of luck for an uneventful surgery and a speedy recovery. I just had the lapband done 4 weeks ago.If you feel a little down after the surgery just remember it's over before you know it and you're back home. It goes by fast, I felt much better after 2 days at home.The surgery really didn't hurt just a little discomfort.Once you start eating again, you can't believe you even had the surgery. Best of Luck. Jennifer ~ Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench!
