Wow it's hard to  believe it's was 9 years ago that my  weight-loss journey began I was 247lbs And was 36 time flys! I will say it has been a challenge but well worth the struggle and I would do it over again. The surgery was the best decision that I could have made for me! It's a tool not a cure for weight lose a life  style change!  9 years out and every day is a challenge but I have  maintained my weight loss.  I did not risk my life having surgery to be that fat girl again. My weight  at its lowest was 123lbs and I was to small! I'm happy at 145lbs I have gained back up to 156lbs and feel like I need to take off 11lbs My fear is I will gain it all back So the struggle Is real every day. But I got this!
