Four Months Post Op

Down 80 lbs!  Walked in a 5K last Sunday.  It was tough.  All in all everything is going great.  I am wishing my back and knee didn't hurt so much.  I thought the weight loss was going to help me in those areas!  I will keep on losing and see if there is any relief in my future.  I also wish that getting to the gym weren't so dang hard!  I have gone to the gym but not as regularly as I would like.  Even with my appropriate selfishness attitude, being a mom and grandma that babysits always gets in my way.  I have days I feel skinny and days I feel fat, it is such an emotional and mental state of mind the majority of the time!  I will keep going forward and see where my body wants me to stop.  Hopefully in the 150's!

Carbs and candy are harder to keep at a distance.  Gonna start adding a few carbs to the diet.  Not many and NO bread!  :-)

Some hair loss but not crazy. Vitamins are good, learning to chew chew chew and eat slowly cuz there are times when things get heavy on my chest.
