It is 78 degreese here in Arkansas, it feels good out now, but it is going to be humid today, so I plan on walkin on my cloud for about ten minutes only once this morning. Because I have Cloie and she wants to walk too lol.Today Bryan is bringing me a seated walker, so my mom and I can walk around the block when it cools off. Woohoo! I have to have the seated one incase my legs cramp up on me. Boy do I hate that.
Leg cramps n muscle spasms suck!!!I am making baked pork chops with potatoes covered with fat free cream of chicken soup for supper tonight. Have already had my yogurt, and will have a sandwich for lunch.
Yall have a wonderful day, my computer will be down a day at least, the tech is coming today to fix my tower.
Yayy now my speakers and keyboard will work.
