Hello Keith - Your special day is almost here. Take it easy, slow, and HEAL! :) Lots of H20, vitamins and walking are the ONLY other priorities. People tend to panic at the early stages because they cant get in enough protein or food - thats NORMAL! We all pretty much have a grace period of sorts the first 90 days. Our "obese" bodies have enough storage to feed off of so protein and foods can be weaned in gradually over time! Take care of you - keep your profile updated, you never know who you might help along the way.
