hello!!  got on the scales this morning AND...... 269!!  75 lbs down!!!  YAY!!! 

hey guys, hope eryone has been good!!  its been awhile since i blogged but just wanted to check in and let erybody know im weighin in at 285....thats right, 60lbs down in 3mos!!  wow!!!  i get excited to weigh and actually look for scales now!!  ;)  cant wait for anotha 60 to come off!!!  good luck to all my friends and hope ur journey is as positive as mine!!! 

I CANT BELIEVE IT!!!  JUST 2MOS OUT AND IM DOWN 50LBS!!!  I AM FINALLY UNDER 300LBS!! IM SO EXCITED!!! 

wow.... went for my 2 wk check today and i have lost 35lbs since 3/27/09 and 6 points of my bmi!!!  dr spaw took the steri-strips off and said my incisions have healed great!!!  im so excited!!  my friends say they are starting to notice the difference!!  2 month check is in june, cant wait to see the results then!!!

first of all, happy easter!!!  and also im excited today bcuz i lost 23lbs already!!!  cant wait for more to come off!!!! 

hey all jus wanted to let erybody know i got home from the hospital today and so far erythang is good!!!  its a lil painful on the left side and hurts when i first stand up but its not unbearable!!  i lost 15 lbs pre-op and cant wait to see how much by my first post-op appt!!!  dr spaw was awesome, will post sum pics later.....

tomorrow is my day... i cant believe i'm not nervous right!!  im excited, ready to get this thing going so the weight can start coming off!!!  i cant wait to play ball wit my son, shop wit my daughter and finally tell myself "i did it!!!" so please keep me in your thoughts and prayers this week!!!  much luv-  kandie

3 days to go.... sooo many emotions, mostly excitement but some fear too!! im not worried about the pain, i just hope there are no complications!!  im  thankful so everyone on here that has shared their story, i've read sooo many of em!!  that puts me at ease bcuz so many people have been in my shoes before and are doing great now!!!  monday will be here b4 i know it and the 8 wks of pureed food will fly by...lol...

well, havent been able to sleep for the past 3 nights!!!  i dont know if its nervousness or excitement, probably both!!  i have waited for this for sooo many years, i still cant believe its going to happen in 3 days!!  i have lost 10 lbs already from the pre-op diet, i have been walking every other night.... i feel good!!!  i cant imagine how sunday night will be... im sure i will be up ALL night!!  and the drive to nashville that morning is going to be a mess...lol...
