Daniel Fang

"Dr. Fang is very well spoken. I found him to be very professional. He didn't race through our meeting and he took the time to answer the questions I asked. Make sure you bring your questions written down to your appointment. It is so easy to forget the little things. Bring a tape recorder also to record his responses. I've learned that doctors tend to be very much to the point and you may need to reference back to his answers. They talk and think fast, and it is for the best!rnrnThe staff that I initially was introduced to were all very caring and took the time to help. The department that submits your information to your insurance company is seriously lacking. They only have one woman working it and I think she just really needs help with the burden. It set me back on my surgery date quite a bit but after speaking with the office manager everything was completely worked out and she made everything run smooth. My advice! Take care of your medical information. Go directly to your insurance company and ask exactly what they are requiring. Do not let the surgeon's office send out the information until it is complete. Ask to be notified before anything is sent off to your insurance company and keep your fingers crossed because once you have been denied by your insurance company, Dr. Fang's office will not resubmit anything more to them in your favor. \"It gets to messy and we just don't do it\" was the comment I received from the submitting department. Thank the stars for Jennifer!rnrn rnrn "
