I am 41 months post op today and so thankful for my surgery. I went from 272 pounds to 120 to 123 today. Before surgery I was winded going down my basement steps and today I walk 4 plus miles a day with my dog easily. I wore a tight size 24 before surg

Did this same race 2 years ago in 51 minutes 30 and today in 41 minutes 28 seconds. I was not last as there were 26 people behind me! A good day for sure and a personal record!
