What do you like for a multi chewable vitamin? -  I have Tried the Bariatric advantage preop they make me want to vomit have tried the flintstones also yuck! Help!

foam from protein drinks -  What is the secret to reduce this foam it gags me.  I just got my sample nectar and mixed it with bottled water and it foamed up so bad.

question about 2 week preop diet -  I need some advise....I am not a big sweet eater.  During this 2 week liquid diet do I have any other choices of drinks other than the sweet protein drinks?
