9 months down and 79lbs lighter

I need some help - I am almost 6 months out now and I have been having a couple of days where all I want to do is eat. What can I do?

I need some ideas for breakfast food -  I dont want to drink protien shakes.  So I need some other ideas, getting tired of eggs.

I hit wonderland this morning! -  I have 17 more lbs to lose to be at half of the weight I want to lose!  

Almost 3 weeks out -  How much are you eating? 

My day just got worse! -  Found out I have shingles on my ear!  Anyone gets this after surgery?  Surgery was sept 26th! Ugh just when I was starting to get back to normal!  

gummy vitamins -  do any of you use the gummy vitamins?  If so what brand?

Vsg friendly recipes -  where have you guys found good recipes.  I want to be prepared for when I can eat again :)

6 days out and I am craving -  bread.  I want a grilled cheese!  vets how did you get through this ,  I thought for sure that after the two week liquids i wouldnt be dealing with this.  

setting goals? -  my doc isnt one to set goals so what would be realistic for me?  here is my info  sw238 preop diet end 212.  212 right now 5 days out i am 5' 3". 39 yrs old

this time tomorrow -  i will be at the hospital for my wls :) 

How long do you think I will have to wait -  Before I will be able to line dance again after surgery?

Day 2 of liquid diet -  I am so tired have no energy at all and I am driving myself crazy with head hunger!  What did you do to get through this?

3 hours of testing done - Went to dr today had all my preop testing done. All I have to say is that barium stuff I had to drink was nasty!!!! Meet with surgeon one more time on the 20th then surgery on the ...

20 days - 20 more days and counting until my surgery.  cant wait!
