Praise God! I finally worked up the courge to try and sit in a booth at arestaurant. I was freaking out, because I didn't want to embaress my self in
front of a packed restaurant, and lo and behold I FIT! I can't remember the last time I sat in a booth, probably 5 or 6 years! This is going to be such a
wonderful year, I'm looking forward to being able to fit comfortably into a seat
in a theater, being able to walk around the block without using a walker, going
shopping without using an electric cart, and other things that I haven't even thought about yet! Every thing is going to be devine in 2009!
I'm down 133 lbs. I've been loosing 3 or 4 lbs a week, but gaining them back
the next week. So I'm trying to cut out all carbs, hopefully tat will get me
loosing again. I am feeling stronger, I'm getting around better, as a matter of fact I left the house last week without my crutch, and didn't even realize it
untill I got home, I used an electric cart while shopping, and when we got home,
I was looking for my crutch in the back seat, but couldn't find it. HEE HEE.
It's no fun getting old and forgetful, but sometimes it works out for the best!
