ok soooooo i didnt do well on the 5 day pouch test......I decided that since im working out im gunna need more calories to keep from feeling run down with NO energy...
so i came u with my own diet plan.......
im back on my protien shakes........morning and lunch with some small healthy snacks between, and then eat a "normal" dinner........
i have already lost about 2.5 pounds.........
i really want to get down to my goal of 150 by new years so i really start pumping some iron to get that flab gone..........
