Im approved and scheduled my surgery

2 weeks after my last appointment with my surgeon I got approved with Priority Health HMO for the Vertical Sleeve!! I called to see if it had been sent to my insurance and they were telling me I was ready to schedule surgery. I thought.. there has to be a mistake! I said to the lady ... excuse me.. and she said it again... I screamed with excitement!!! I'll never forget that moment for the rest of my life.. my dream of 4 yrs was coming true. I still had a feeling that it was some mistake. So the next morning I called priority health to make sure and sure enough.. it was true!! That day I received the letter we all hope for. I was approved.. In writing... I could hold it in my hand! I was so excited. That was last week Tuesday. A little over a week later (after the scheduler and I played phone tag and she was out for a day) .. TODAY.. I scheduled my surgery! I'm terrified, excited, I want to cry.. laugh.. I am ready for this. I'm ready for my journey to begin! 9/26/07 is my day. She told me I could have it sooner.. but I'm waiting on my loan from my 401k.. which i should have the first week of Sept. and my 3 weeks of paid vacation starts over on Sept 24.. how great could this work out!!.. I have faith that God is looking out for me. Just typing all this is making me cry. And so my journey begins.......
