"My first impression of Dr. Marshall was that he was very busy. I thought that is a good sign. I have read many messages of him, and think I am very lucky to have him doing my surgery. I thought his office staff was very helpful. Aftercare seems to be the most important part of this journey.The risks of surgery were stated. I feel tHAT SURGICAL COMPETENCE is the most important. The only negative for me, was I guess I didn't know some questions to ask about the journey. I have found this site to answer those questions. Staff was very friendly and helpful ansswering quetions."
