What a Day

Today i went to the Gym and planned my workout routine. I rode the reclining bike for 10 minutes. NO knee pain.
i spent 40 minutes in the pool 20 minutes on a stationary bike and 20 minutes walking in the pool. This was great.
i feel great and am ready to continue my day.
Grocery shopping-No Crackers, no crackers, no crackers. I am shopping for three, my mother who is 80 and my husband who has diabetes. We can all eat the same foods if I plan correctly. My husband will be the biggest obstacle to weight loss because if it looks like diet, he will not want it.

Today is the beginning. I will read the books, follow the plan. Most importantly I will write in down. I will live my life remembering it is me that God loves and not my weight. I will not let frustration keep me down. I will pick myself up. I will not worry or fret. I am important and I am worth it.
Today starts the search for a positive weight loss buddy either online or one on one.
