What a Day

Today i went to the Gym and planned my workout routine.  I rode the reclining bike for 10 minutes.  NO knee pain.
i spent 40 minutes in the pool 20 minutes on a stationary bike and 20 minutes walking in the pool.  This was great. 
i feel great and am ready to continue my day.

Grocery shopping-No Crackers, no crackers, no crackers.  I am shopping for three, my mother who is 80 and my husband who has diabetes.  We can all eat the same foods if I plan correctly.  My husband will be the biggest obstacle to weight loss because if it looks like diet, he will not want it.
