6 months Post Op

Well it has been six months since my surgery and I am down a total of 67.5 lbs.  I feel good and have had four fills.  I have had a couple of months where I plateued and it has been frustrating.  And to make matters worse I have been sticking to the diet.  I have not had any sugars, bread or any carb rich food since June 7th of 2008.  But I will perservere and continue to suceed.
