"She was the third bariatric surgeon I'd seen and hopefully third time is the charm. My original surgeon went on leave and her back up, McClellan was originally only doing follow-up care. I tried to get a referral to see an out-of-network surgeon, but the day the referral was finally submitted I got a date with Dr. McClellan. I was very impressed with her thoroughness and testing of understanding. I was given a true/false quiz to review the important apects and risks of the surgery. Her team was very nice and welcoming. They have redeemed themselves from my original comments from my first conversations with them. (I guess it wasn't their fault my surgeon went on a leave of absense, but someone had take the brunt of the frustration...I think we ALL did!)"
