You can do anything that you put your mind too. If you fall, just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start again. This amazing journey is for the rest of your life.

5 year Weight Loss Anniversary

Aloha,
Today is my 5 year Anniversary. I have lost a total of 275 pounds.
It has been an amazing weight loss journery.
I have had my arms, inner thighs, pannectilectomy, adominal plasty and belt lipectomy done.
I had major brain surgery to remove the scar tissue for my seizures. It has been 2 years seizure free.May God richly bless all of you abundantly above and beyond what you could ever dream or imagine.
