So what I feared is true.  I have to start the supervised diet over again.  Laura, the insurance lady at my doctors office said she thinks it will only take three months if I do the interdisiplinary approach.  Which means I have to go to a new general doctor. See the shrink again.  See a dietician, and see an excercise specialist.  What is an exercise specialist?  Anyway I'm not too happy about having to do all this mostly because I don't have the money to pay for it all and my insurance company won't pay for it all.  Oh well this is what I have to do to have the surgery so this is what I will do, but it's just so dang frustrating.  I have started excercising almost everyday.  I'm trying to eat better, but a lifetime of bad habits is hard to break.  Plus I'm moving back in with my parents.  (LONG story)  So I'm stressed and that's when I eat the most.  When I'm stressed and depressed.  So anyway it's hard.  Like every overweight person out there doesn't know that.  Ok.  I'm rambling.   So anyway I have to start over the diet next month.  Maybe this time I will have better results.  We'll just have to wait and see. 

So I've been waiting for two weeks thinking the doctors office had turned in the papers to the insurance only to find out yesterday that they only did it 4 days ago.  I was not happy to say the least.  Oh well.  That's what I get for not wanting to be a pest and not calling them even though I wanted to.  So now we just wait.  I am going to call the insurance company on Monday.  I've been told with Aetna the more persistant you are the faster they do things.  So we'll see.  I'll report back more when I have more to report.
