update - wow its been a while since i have posted anything...so much has happened to me since i last posted...   anyways made it down to 190...cancer free since surgery...3 deaths in the ...

almost 1 mth out - ok so had surgery on the 30th of sept...came home on 10/2...had a good day the 3rd then out of no where at 530 am on the 4th  i got rushed back into the hospital ...they did a ct s...

new surgery date - ok so went in for my weigh in and im now at 256.6 and i got an official surgery date as long as nothing changes again...i will be having it  on 9*30*14....cant wait..excited and ne...

4th weigh in - so just got home from my weigh in...only down 1 lb but its better then gaining i guess....go back in in 2 weeks and well we will see

3rd weigh in - so once again i dont know what im doing but im doing it...3 more pounds down and only 2 more to go to get my date...YEA MEEEEE!!!!

dont think im loosing weight as i should - I see that im loosing weight when I go see y pcp but when I do my 2 week weigh ins ..im not loose nothing....I walk all day at work and drink my shakes  but idk on what else I can ...
