wow its been a while since i have posted anything...so much has happened to me since i last posted...

anyways made it down to 190...cancer free since surgery...3 deaths in the month of may and yea i cant seem to move from the 190 mark...ugggg its making me depressed and im not happy about it...nothing i seem to do is helping...no matter what i put in my mouth i feel like im gaining...this sucks on that note i hope everyone has an awsome day

so had another weigh in on the 5th and im sitting at an even 200.0 then might be in the 190s now but even at 200 i feel and look good...im back to work and i have relize that i move better and feel better here at work...now im just looking at loosing more weight and getting my life in order and do what i have to do for me and the kids and gbs..

hope everyone had a great Christmas..i know i did. got to spend Christmas with my 3 daughters and my 2 grand daughters...i have been doing good as far as i know ..still have some issues eating but i figure it out one day at a time..but i have decided that im going to get a nuwave oven and use that since i have problems with the greasy foods...

on that note i hope u all have a great rest of the year and a awsome 2015 and keep looseing

 can someone please answer when is it going to stop hurting when i eat...it don't matter what i eat it hurt and its just in my esophagus i think...its in my chest.

UPDATE: ok well i have had my other surgery  on the 17th of november and im happy to say that im cancer free..still have to have check ups and ct scans and blood work to make sure that nothing else has came up...im so thankfull that i can spend the rest of my life with my kids and grandbabies....also im down 72 lbs and feel great about that...

i do have some questions for everyone thou...im going on 3 mths out and still havein a hard time eatting different things i dont know if it because i dont want to get sick or what...i do know that the stuff i  to suppose to eat i can eat fine...but grease is a big no no...im getting tired of soups,potatoes,broth,and so on what else can i eat ...help...please

ok so had surgery on the 30th of sept...came home on 10/2...had a good day the 3rd then out of no where at 530 am on the 4th  i got rushed back into the hospital ...they did a ct scan and found a large mass on my left kidney and kink in my intestine...needless to say they gavaced me back to ellis and i had emergency surgery again...4 surgeries in 5 days...what fun that was...same nurses and that was fun...brused to no end...and they r now just going away...well have to have surgery for my kidney on the 17th of november..and hope that nothing else comes up...so im looking at that i wont be back to work untill the first of the year...but besides that im doing good...pain in my back at times when i eat..keeping everything down so far..but on a good note im down about 60 lbs so far...

ok so im 2 days away from surgery...im getting nervous and everything that goes along with it...but excited on the other hand...but i have so much on my mind also...and im going to prove to everyone that ii can do this and im going to be strong ( hopefully) and make it threw and while everyone is running there mouth im going to be ok at the end of the day...this is the begining of a new adventure and im going to mke it one way or another

so im really not liking the drs..never had so many drs appointments in my life back to back...and surgery is in a month from this saturday...weigh - ins...pulmonary,cardiac...surgeon.....but on the flip side its all good cause then i will be on a 6-8 week vacation..yeaaa......and a new life

can someone please  tell me how to ge my ticker to move on mine...i have lost weight since i made it and my thumb tack wont move :(.....

ok so went in for my weigh in and im now at 256.6 and i got an official surgery date as long as nothing changes again...i will be having it  on 9*30*14....cant wait..excited and nervous at the same time...
