March 8th Update

I have been busing working out and having been around on the OH site much.  I have also had several Fibro flares.  I am overall doing well.

I am on high protein, white flours and sugar free diet (most of the time) and don't really drink much soda's anymore.  Maybe a couple a week now verses serveal a week.

I am happy to report since going back to the gym on Jan. 7th 2008, I am down 13 lbs, 28 inches and 6 1/2 % body fat.  I was going to do surgery April 15, but when I was how good the Lifetime program was working for me, I have decided against any WLS.  I hasn't lost much weight, but I have gone from a size 24 jeans to a 18 due to the body fat lose.  I am very happy and my doctors are very happy.

Jan 23rd Update

When I started researching all about the Lapband and how I would have to eat and that I would have to still workout.  I knew that I should not weight  until I got the band to start this.  So, I have went ahead and have been watching watch I eat and have joined TEAM Weight loss at LifeTime Fitness.  I will be Bagged and Tagged on Friday to know my true success, and I will post the result then, BUT as of this morning, I was down to 258 and am down a clothing size.  I have gained energy and overall better feeling about myself and that I am doing something positve for myself, and I am doing it NOW.
