I'M DOWN TO 225 JUST CAN'T SEEM TO GET UNDER 200 BUT AS LONG AS IT IS STIL COMING OFF THATS WHATS MATTER NOT FAST ENOUGH BUT I WANT COMPLAN. GOD IS GOOD AND I FEEL GOOD. SO TO EVERY ONE THAT IS ON THIS JOURNEY KEEP YOUR DREAMS ALIVE CAUSE IT WILL HAPPEN. SO TAKE CARE AND KEEP ON BELEAVING IN GOD HE WILL GET YOU GUYS THERE. LOVE YOU GUYS.........

HELLO MY FAMILY HOW IS EVERY ONE. WELL I'M DOING GREAT!! I HAVE LOST 110 POUNDS AND FEELING GOOD. SORRY I HAVE NOT UP DATED IT BUT I WILL GET BETTER. I HAVE NOT FOR GOTTEN ABOUT MY HOME. CAUSE WITH OUT U GUYS I COULD NOT HAVE MADE IT. I HAVE UP SOME NEW PICS, OF ME THAT IS MY SIX MONTHS OUT PIC, AND I LOOK SO MUCH BETTER AND I FEEL BETTER. THIS YEAR HAS FLEW BY SO FAST IT SEEMS LIKE YESTERDAY I JUST HAD SURGERY. BUT IT WILL BE ALMOST ONE YEAR FOR ME SOON. SO EVERY ONE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND KEEP YOUR DREAM ALIVE. DON'T GIVE UP ON WHAT U WANT TO HAVE THIS SURGERY CAUSE THIS IS A GREAT TOOL FOR ALL OVER WEIGHT PEOPLE THAT IS LOOKING INTO HAVING THIS DONE. AND WANT IT DONE. I GUESS IT'S TRUE ONCE U LOSE SOME WEIGHT U TRY TO CATCH UP ON THE THINGS U NEVER BEEN ABLE TO DO SO THAT'SWHAT I BEEN DOING TRYING TO CATCH UP ON MY LIFE I LOST FROM BEING OVER WEIGHT. SO FOR GIVE ME MY FAMILY FOR NOT UP DATING AND KEEP U GUYS UP WITH MY JOURNEY... I'M DOING GOOD AND FEELING SO MUCH BETTER AS U CAN SEE FROM MY PHOTOES I'M SO HAPPY NOW I CAN SMILE. I ALSO HAVE SOME ONE NEW IN MY LIFE AND HE MEANS THE WORLD TO ME AND ONE DAY HE WILL BE MY HUSBAND SO KEEP YOUR FINGERS CROSS FOR ME. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH AND HE GIVES ME EVERY THING A WOMAN CAN ASK FOR IN A MAN SO EVERY ONE TAKE CARE IN KEEP ME IN YOUR PRAYERS AS WELL CAUSE I HAVE BEEN ON THE GO. I JUST LOST A GRANDMOTHER AND LAST MONTH I LOST A UNCLE. SO IT HAS BEEN HARD FOR ME ON THAT END OF MY LIFE I HAVE NOT GOTTEN OVER HER THEN I LOSE ANOTHER CLOSE FAMILY MEMBER IT IS HARD FOR ME. hi my family how is every one doing. i just wanted to stop in and say hi. and let every one know that i have lost another 5 pounds and i'm feel great!!! every one keep up the good work and for those who are just getting started we will be waiting on you guys on the other side and it is so lovely over here!!!! you are going to love it. you might think it's hard the frist couple of days but it get's better in time just keep god frist and he will lead the way... take care and god bless every one post and pre opp.... love ya kita...

hell0 every one it has been a min, for me on here. i have been so busy latly and i just lost my grandmother on the 15th of june. she past away with all of her family by her side. i was holding her hand when she took her last breath! it was a sad day for all of use but we know she is in a better place. we put her to reast on the 22ed she was 92 years old.and will be 93 on Dec. 25th. she will sadly be missed but not for gotten. just wanted to share that with you guys. back to me and my weight lose i have lost 10 more pounds and that put me at 66 pounds gone for ever!!! ya, ya, for me. i can't belive i am 285 pounds i don't know the last time i was that size. but it shore feels good. any way just want to stop in and chat with you guys but i need to get off this computer now. you guys stay blessed and keep god frist. love all of you guys stay sweet. good night. kita

hi my obh family how is every one it has been a minute. but i'm still here and feeling very good about my weight lose. i'm under 300 now and that is a total of 56 pounds in two months. that is so great. i would have liked it to be more but in due time i don't want it to just come off so fast. i really can see it all over and i feel it all over. my face is starting to change and my hands or so small. it is not like they where ever big but i can tell the differnts in them cause my rings are to big. i will try to get the pictures up i took when i started and my one month and two months post opp on here. soon you guys. so you guys stay sweet and blessed and my god be with all of you who are trying to have this surgery. cause this is the best thing that has ever happen to me besids my kids and family. so keep god frist and he will lead the way... be for i go i would like to take this time and say to my best friend dee i love you and that with out you i would not have made it threw this alone you are god sent to me and i love you for all you have done and help me stay on track. cause i never would have keep try to follow my dreams if it had not been for you by my side. cause the times when i wanted to say i give up you steped right in and said you are going to have this surgery and you belived in me when i did not. i love you for so many reason dee. you are the sun when i had rainy days and the moon when it was so dark i could not see my way some times. and that is from my heart and i love you. from the time i meet you this time last year i knew you was a spical person your smile told it all and i will always remember the day i meet you trying to find your way like i was to be a happyer person with in our self's that day i was not coming to that group meeting but i said mybe it will be okay to miss a few minuts of the meeting so i came any way cause god told me to come any way. and i did and you was in the hall way talking and you said the meeting is over and my name is deanne and i will never forget that day i meet a true friend!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE YOU DEE!!!!!!!

hi yall how is every one doing. i know it has been a min but i'm still here and loving every min of my weight loss surgery. so how was every one week end mind was great and i hope every one had a safe weekend and had a great time. so take care and i will keep in touch. and the weight is still coming off. i can't say how much i have lost at this time cause i have not weighed myself lately and i don't like to weigh my self until i go to the dr. cause i love to see that smaller number...so i go to my two months check up next month and i will let you guys know. so take care,.

hi every one how is every one doing. i just wanted to let every one know that i have lost another 12 pounds and that is total of 42 pounds lost for ever.... so take care and i will be back on to let every one know how much i have lost next week at my one month check up.... i hope i will be under 300 by then.... love ya kita...

hi every one how is every one doing. i'm doing just fine. i went to my two week check up to day and guess what you guys.Drum roll please............... i lost 31 pounds i was so happy when i saw 320 i was like are you for real she said yes and i could not stop smiling at my self just in over two weeks i lost that much. i will be under 300 by the end of next month that is so great. omg this is so unreal cause i never lost that much weight in that short of time befor ever. i can not remember when i weighed that much sence my frist child. and that was 13 years ago and it feels so good to know am losing. to any one reading this page and thinking about having this surgery and don't know if they should. let me say this surgery have helped me and so many ways. and i would do it over again with out blinking cause i don't even have to use my inhealer for my asma any more. i don't snore any more i don't have to take pain meds any more. my feet don't hurt any more. my back don't hurt any more just those few pounds i lost have helped me and so many ways and i can't wait to see how much more it helps me out in saving on clothes cause i spend so much money on clothes last year and the year befor that and had to give them away cause i gain so much weight last year and now i can look farward to buying some new ones with out going to the big girl store i can go in the reguler store and buy my clothes now and that is super..... so god bless every one that is trying to have this surgery and i hope you have the best out come on this journery cause you will be very happy with the out come of your weight lost. God bless you all and still keep me in your prayers as i will keep you guys in my prayers pre- op and post op.... thank you for reading my page love ya kita.......
