Yesterday i was set up with my final weight check for my 6 month pre op diet and my next meeting with the dr. MY tummy turned into knots when i relized that this is really happening. I have always wanted this surgery but i just got so scared! I know that this is important to my helth but it makes me very nervous. The nurse said my insurance replys quickly so i will get an appointmnet sooner than i think for the acutal surgery and i have such mixed feelings! Am i ready for this change? I have to tell my self yes i am i need to make this change for my health. I think of my dad he was so sick at the end of his life with heart probelms and diabetes and i dont want to end up like that especially when he passed away at only 47 years old. I am ready for the change the surgery just is scarey to me!
