1 week post op Dr visit

Well i went to see the doctor today and he released me to do everything move to the next phase of food, exercise and everything. I am nervous about his i feel that he is passing me to do things very quickly because i am young. He forgets that just because i am young doesn't mean i can speed through it. I know that i am ready for phase two of the diet and i can start the exercise but i am still in pain. Bending over picking up heavy things. I am going back to work on the 12th the doctor feels i am ready to go back tomorrow. I know that i am not ready for that. I work at a cable company and the boxes are pretty heavy and the counter where you give the customer the box is up to my shoulders so its pretty tough. I am going to give myself the extra week and head back to work. I just want to docotor to realize that just because i am young doesnt mean anything, I was in the hospital Two extra days than what he predicted, and he based his thought soly on me being young. I hope the rest goes well. I will be back at the doctor office at the end of next month.
