And The Waiting Begins

I had my Psych evaluation on Monday - That went great! On Wednesday I had my first consult with the surgeon and even knocked the consult with the dietician of my list of to do's. Turned in all of my documentation to the insurance coordinator. AND THEN IT HAPPENED! - I admit I was kinda expecting it - so I really can not complain - but it does not change the fact that I am still pretty bumbed out. I have to go through 6 months with my PCP before Insurance will cover WLS. Luckily I can count April - So 5 more months to go - I refuse to let it get me down.The great news is that I am so compfortable with the surgeon. He has done over 4ooo WLS in his career. And his personality is great! I will keep you all updated on my progress.
