Waiting on approval

Well - all necesary info. was sent to my insurance company a week ago.  They told me it could be 20 business days before I hear anything - AAHHHHH - I can't wait - I know, I know - BE PATIENT!  I just want this so bad.  I have allready called them twice to see if where I was at in their process.  I am going to try not to call today - I don't want to drive them crazy.
