Support Group

Well, tonight was my first support group.  It is required by my surgeon, so I went.  I really liked it.  I think I will keep going.  It was encouraging to see people all along the weight loss spectrum.  It was good to hear what worked for people and what hasn't.  Tonight I learned that the hospital stay will be longer then I originally thought.  I will have to be in the hospital for 3 days and 2 nights.  It will be weird to be away from my hubby and kids that long.  It will be good too.  I would rather be at a hospital where I can be taken care of instead of having to worry about taking care of the kids the first few days.  I am so excited that I am in the last stage of this part of the journey.  Yeah!!!!!
