I just could not do the pureed foods. I have begun to eat soft foods that I chew the heck out of. Some thinks that work well for me are homemade Turkey Chili with lots of beans. Baked cheese lasagna with zucchini instead of noodles. I just sliced the zucchini thin and used it like a lasagna noodle. Any kind of cheese appears to be just fine. Tuna salad is fine, cod fish is not. I actually made an apple/blueberry pie that is very pouch friendly for me. I used apples, blueberries, a little lemon juice, apple cider and just a very thin lattice top crust. It was perfect and I didn't even miss the sugar. Chobani greek yogurt is really good. Lots of protein and the fruit kinds don't give me problems. Some things that don't work for me. Beef meatballs. I made them real soft, but they don't digest well for me at all. almost anything pureed. I can't stand the texture. Lobster Bisque did not sit well with me at all.Just went through an 8 day stall. 8 days and I maybe lost a pound. The past 2 days I have lost well over a pound each day. I have noticed my muscles are starting to get soft so I need to start exercising. I walk everyday, but nothing for my upper body. That will change today.
Still feeling well. No other problems that i can think of.
