I feel amazing and I'm already down 70 lbs. Only another 86 lbs for my goal. My goal used to be 170 but I decided that 160 would work as well.I have had no complications. I am eating healthy, getting all my protein in daily, taking my multi vitamins, drinking 64 ounces a day, eating 3 meals with low carbs and trying to get in at least 30 min of exercise daily. I have become more active in life then i have EVER! I did have to increase my protein intake because I was only drinking one supplement a day and the Doc suggested 2 as my hair is falling out like its April showers. I'm okay with the hair loss though as I have a hell of a lot of it!
