April 5, 2011 just 9 days short of the 10 mth mark and I have reached my goal!!!  Yesterday morning I weighed 161 so I was super glad only one lb to go.  Last nite as I was getting ready for bed I just jumped on the scale out of habit and guess what my goal 160 was showing on the scales.  I hoped this morning would be an even bigger surprise and to my wondering eyes did appear the numbers 159!!! Never did I think this day would arrive.  I have been losing so slow that I was thinking my goal may never get here.  I have been sooo blessed!  Thank you Lord for this journey!

well it's been a long time since I posted on here and I really need to get back on track.  I hope I've not stopped losing already!  I need to step it up on the exercise more each day and go back to the protein.

Well it's been 3 1/2 months since I had my surgery.  I've lost 49 lbs. in this time and feel wonderful about this.  I'm starting to lose my hair now and I'm trying to up my protein.  I stay tired alot too so I can imagine what my blood work will say.   So many things have changed about me physically that I hardly recognize myself any more!

Well I'm so excited about my approval.  It came on the same day of the anniversary of my dad's death.   I am looking so forward to setting  the date for my new life to begin.

I'm lacking when it comes to the right mind set today.  This weekend as been a total bust for me. I need to get back on track and lose that 5 lbs. before Feb. 16.
