I'm posting this for my friend Edna. Her sister passed away Monday at the age of 58 from a massive heart attack and Edna and her family are just devastated. Edna is now 9 months post and was doing so well, so let's all remember her and her family in prayer.Most of us know what it is going through a funeral of a loved one. Thanks. J. Thomas

I am now 6 months post and doing great. I've lost 130 lbs.and down from 30/32 to 18/20. My BMI was 71, now 48. I'm out of my wheelchair for good, off oxygen and C-PAP, and driving myself everywhere. Life is so much better.I would do this again in a heartbeat. I give God all the glory and my wonderful surgeon Dr. Goldman in Huntington, WV. I want to thank all my new friends from AMOS, especially Doris Mack, who has been there 24/7 since I started this process in Dec. 2001. Hope every post-op and everyone waiting, the best of luck with their surgeries.

Hi Edna WoW that is so wonderful you lost all that weight in such a short time. You must feel awesome.Your doing such a wonderful job losing. Lets see those before and after pic girlfriend. Keep up the good work. LORD BLESS

Hi AMOS Family, We all need to congradulate Edna Jenkins (Susy) for already hitting her 103# her surgery was in May. She has done super and needs all of our support.
