The best thing about day 8 was I learned it wasn't day 7. I have 6 more days before surgery. I love the before and after pictures. They have been soooooo encouraging. I have to admit I wonder how many of them have had to have surgery to remove excess skin. Or do they have a great exercise routine and vitamin program?
