Today is my first day back in the office, I feel great. I felt a little tired around 3:00pm, but my day started at 5:30am getting up and in the office by 7:15am. It was expected, since I was able to lie down during the day for four weeks and now its up all day and the day seemed very long today. Everyone at work was glad to see me and I've gotten so many compliments on how great I look and at four weeks post-op, most everyone acknowledged seeing the weigh loss already. I'm 28 pounds down since surgery on 5/4/10, so thats really good. The scale has slowed down a lot, but I'm told it will do that and then take off again when you least expected. I loss 10 pounds the first week and 10 pounds the second week and only 8 pounds these last two weeks. I'm eating right and excersing daily so it should be coming off much faster, but I'll be patient.
