Introduction

Well i just wanted to take the time to formly introduce myself.  My name is Chanel I am married and have been with my husband for 12 years and we have two beautiful children a son 6 and a daughter who will be 2.   I am currently in the process of getting all the things in order to have RNY surgery.  I am currently at 313 lbs a month ago i weighed 318 so i have lost 5 lbs so far I have to be at 297 for my surgery so, i am working on that by eating better and doing bollywood dancing.  I have struggled with weight for several years, I just want my life back and be able to live again.  My family is very active and i am not I have always been the fat girl. 

My husband is supportive of me having this surgery, there are a few people whom are scared to have the surgery because they feel that it is dangerous.  I try to educate them as much as I can.  I love writing poetry and spending time with my family. 

I am looking forward to a lifestyle change and hope to make new friends on here along the way.
