I know I have been a horrible person. I have not updated at all. Since my last post I went to Reno to check out the Western Bariactric Clinic. I LOVE all those people I met with Dr. Watson and he spent a long time talking to me and answering all my questions. I first attended the free seminar. The next issue I had was finding a PCP that would refer me to have the surgery . The one I was seeing was totally rude and stated I just needed some self control, and that I could just cut down the amount I eat like the surgery would make me do........ It was really upsetting to have a professional treat me like I was just lazy. Well it took me a few months and I found someone that was very supportive and had delt with Gastric By-Pass patients before and that made all the difference.  Well anyway in the last few months I have attended all required meetings done blood work and psy eval to prove I am not crazy. So as of Feb1st all my paperwork is submitted to insurance and the waiting game starts.

HI, well I have found out my insurance does not cover the MGB and I do not have any saving to dip into. So I am going to have to find a doctor in Reno who accepts my insurance and go that route. But I want a better life so I am not giving up yet........
