Hi leigh Ann...I've thot about the lap band. Until I visit the surgeon I am still considering it. I know you presumably don't lose as fast but it is still a good option. My packet is at the doctor's, I have CIGNA PPO and my doc is a preferred provider with Cigna and I hear Cigna is one of the companies that approves! So we have that going for us! Keep in touch
