Life after WLS

I have found myself enjoying life more now that I am 135 lbs lighter. I walk a lot more now than I did in the past. If I did not have a leg injury I would be riding my bicycle to more places.
I have only threw up one time in the past 6 yrs and anyone who has a choice of Doctors in Carmel Indiana, I highly recommend Dr Rose Marie Jones at St Vincents. NO complications with the surgery ever. I did not fully follow the eating rules for the first 30 days and should have had a few problems but never did. She did an excellent job doing everything correct and in a timely matter. 45 min surgery is all it was (RNY LAP) and I was out of the hospital in 30 hrs.
