I just spent one day in the mountains of WVa with family.  Holy cow it was a food fest, and I lost my mind.  Last night as I sat on the bed taking my sugar, I was thinking about the freedom that having surgery will bring.  I know that I will have to change things that I have had trouble with thus far.  However, I know that the pay off will be worth it.  I with tomorrow was July 19, so I could see the surgeon and get this show officially on the road.  Although, no one is reading this (today), all that I have read is a true inspiration to me...I'm excited!
