waiting game

it has now been one month since my seminar. i have gotten all my tests done and evaluations. i am waiting for medical clearance papers to be sent to my surgeon. i know i have gotten a lot done in a short period of time but now that i have fully decided to get this surgery done it feels like it is taking FOREVER! When i first started this process i was just looking into it. so many times i signed up for the informational seminar and cancelled, i even was going to this time but decided to go. all along i kept thinking just go through the steps and see where the path leads me. well, it led me here, waiting for confirmation. i needed this period to adjust to the idea of surgery to fix a life long battle that i have had with my weight.  i am sure now that this is the right thing.
