Breakfast:

  • Brewed coffee with 4 tbsp. half & half with splenda
  • 1 1/4 cup baked beans

Snack:

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt with splenda and 1/2 banana

Lunch:

  • 1 cup homemade chili

Snack:

  • 1 cup protein packed oatmeal

Dinner:

  • Denver omlette:
    • 2 extra large eggs
    • 4 oz. sliced sweet peppers
    • 2 tbsp onion
    • 1 slice muenster
