anyone know how t adjust it?  mine's not accurate

I started program on May 7 at 352 lbs.  11/17/2010 was surgery date...I weighed 325 lbs.  I had the sleeve gastrectomy.  9 days later I'm down to 306!!!  I'm still learning how not to drink too fast, but  am very happy so far!
