WOW....I did it!  One year surgiversary! Lost 96 lbs in one year! Im very proud...

Well I am down 88 lbs..I know I know its awesome...and no way could I have done it without the VSG...but I am now at this COCKY point in life where I am getting all these compliments and think I am all that... I am down to a size 14 so Yes I am awesome.... but the head games are F'n me up.  I can eat and do eat too much.  I dont even stop sometimes when I am full... I need a labotomy I think.  I am wanting to go to OA meetings but not enough time in the day to do all the things I want to do..Yes I started working out and that in itself is a miracle and I love it.  So YAY ME!
I am a food addict BIG TIME!
at least I am eating healthy stuff tho...
just too much of it I think cuz I am not losing at all right now . they say I am getting toned up from working out so inches not pounds..OK COOL
buuuuuut y is it so hard to stop shoving food down my throat?
if you or any one you know has the answer please let me know thanks...

I just bagged up 3 bags of jeans for the Goodwill...man that was awesome....I went from a size 22/24 to now a 16.......never been a 16 since I can remember that is....

Not upset about it.....at all.  But cant believe my fav jeans are so saggy... ahahahahahaahahaha YAY
I am down to 214 from 263 since July 5th.

Well I feel great and I am shrinking sloooooowly but surely.  I thought it would be more overnight. Then again HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.... I am down 44 lbs in 2 months......HOLY CRAP that is great...right?????   I guess I get discouraged because I still fit the same clothes... but some fit better than they did of course...I have my bad days and my great days... I gained 2 lbs over the weekend eating like crazy... (That time of the month was my excuse)  but I lost them both in 2 days.... werid huh......

I am so excited...I have lost 41 lbs total so far...from the 2 week pre-op liquid diet til today......I need to step it up a notch I have been naughty with my eating ... I also need to excercise more....

I am so excited I made it out of my 30's... I am officially 229..omg I was just 263 like 5 weeks ago or so.  What a miracle.  Yuck I took pics of myself and wow I look big... I never knew.  So I am glad I took them.

TOMORROW IS MY ONE MONTH MARK AND I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 31 LBS....THAT IS COOL.  I THINK IT IS ALL DOWN HILL FROM HERE....I JUST NEED TO START EXCERCISING!  I THINK I STARTED THE BARIATRIC REGULAR DIET A WEEK TOO SOON THO??????  OK WELL IFEEL FINE AND THANK GOD NO PROBLEMS!!! GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!

Somehow I broke it I lost another lb I am now at 233 so that is exactly 30 lbs down since July 5th....wow thats amazing so when I stalled that was really silly for me to get all depressed...I mean dang I would have never been able to do it without vertical sleeve...so it is working...I just need to not get on the scale every single day..and let it control my moods.. I am the boss of me..LOL
