I've been grazing over the last few days and the scale definitely showed it.  I was 189 this morning and it was a huge wake-up call.  I am back on track as of NOW.  There's no way I am going back to what I was!!!!!

I've lost 81 lbs so far, 29 more to go!  It doesn't seem real.....

I'll have to celebrate once I hit that mark!!

I try not to compare to others who have lost so much more than me, but it's hard not to!

I have to get my butt to the gym and build some muscle!  I'm such a lazybones.......

I miss eating!!!!  LOL
