Wow - I haven't been on here forever.My update is at 5 months I am 70lbs lighter! I was so happy to get under the 300lb mark!!!!! Food, protein & eating I still struggle with. I have to track to make sure I am getting my protein in. When eating out I very rarely order my own food and if I do it's an ala carte item. I had to have surgery on my knee and this put me back a little on being able to exercise. I hope my surgeon is happy with my WL when I see him at 6 months post op.
