Gosh, only 3 days until surgery! The previous 3 days hAVE been full of twist and turns. Everything is fine now, here's the story: I went in Tues and had my scope and a filter put in. No problems with either procedure, BASICALLY. I did fine until about 4:00 when I got up to go home and started bleeding (really bleeding, warm blood, lots) so they put me back in bed and yep I had to stay the night. The injection spot for my filter just hadn't healed enough for me to leave the hospital. I'm fine! Today I go back for final test and dr. visit. The dr. did find a very small hernia but there isn't any infection so we can still operate Monday. I'm off to the dr. again today then on to rest and eat at Tunica with my parents and one of my brothers. Last night my sister-in-law made a last meal which was wonderful (ALL FRESH VEGETABLES AND PORK CHOPS). I'll update more Sat. Hugs Lesa
