Almost 3 months out

It's been far too long since I posted. I've had a remarkable recovery and I'm very thankful for a great surgeon and a caring hospital staff.
The end of this month will make 3 months since my surgery. I've lost over 50 pounds and while I consider myself a slow loser, I'm very pleased with the progress. I'm working out about 3 times a week and I am enjoying a burst of energy I've not had in years.
I'm finally under 300 lbs and it's a great feeling.

Hello All.
Well I'm slightly over one week out from surgery and generally speaking I'm feeling pretty good. I'm still tired and suffer from a lack of energy. I'm forcing my protein drinks down and getting in all my vitamins is a real effort.
I just wanted to update my profile really quickly. I'll do more later, I promise :)
Also wanted to share with you all that I've lost 21 pounds. In just one week!!! Amazing.
