I have always been a BIG girl. Since childhood, I have been bigger than everyone else. I'm 26 now getting ready to be 27 and I'm ready for a change. I need help. I love food, all kinds. My current weight 293, I would love just to see 199 right now and then decide my goal weight. I want to be able to walk and not get out of breath. Be able to look in the mirror and feel pretty. I want to be healthy and fit. I have two girls, and I want to be a role model for them. I love my girls and I want the best for them and me. I need all the information I can get. Any advice is always welcome. This is the beginning of a new me. Thanks for everyones help.
