CENTURY CLUB! Today I weighed in at 162! In 6 adn 1/2 months I have lost 100 pounds and am still in awe! I can hardly believe it myself. A little over 6 months ago I was carrying two huge 50 pound sacks of potatoes everywhere (theoretically). No wonder I was tired and sick all the time! I walked into the hospital wearing a size 24 and today I am wearing a lose 12! I also can't believe what I've gained: confidence, health, courage and more! I have not regretted having the surgery and would do it all over again. I'm so thankful that Dr.de la Cruz came into my life. I am also thankful to all my friends and my support groups! Most of all, thanks to Jesus who has brought me here and sustains me in all areas of my life.

Hi everyone! Just a quick hello to let you know I am home and recovering. I am still a bit overwhelmed with the volume of calls and mail and I will eventually catch up! I just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU and God's blessings to all who have stood by me for so long. I promise to give more details when I am not so fatigued!

Hi all - Just wanted to let everyone know that Lily is doing AWESOME and she is now officially a "loser" and on the "other side". She was able to have her surgery by Lap which was a plus, only problem is that she was supposed to have her gall bladder taken out at the time of surgery because hers was really bad, but unfortunately her surgeon somehow forgot to remove it. Woops! Well, we're just praying that she won't have any problems with the gall bladder and he is sending her home with medication to try to help desolve the stones. We've got our fingers and toes crossed on this one. Otherwise, Lily should be home anytime now - either today or tomorrow. She was having the normal aches and pains that we all have after surgery but we were able to get her up and walking and she did great! What a trooper.
